Filmed on location in the small city of Baker, Louisiana, Renaissance Village follows the personal struggles of five characters to reclaim their lives after living nearly three years in a FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) trailer park. After allegations of formaldehyde poisoning force the park to close, residence must leave to find a new home.

Under the best of circumstances, adolescents face an uphill battle on their way to maturity. Adolescents affected by prenatal exposure to alcohol, including those with a diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), endure untold additional challenges, trying to find a way to understand and interpret stimuli that is coming at them from multiple directions. 'Moment to Moment: Growing Up with FASD' explores the lives of four adolescents with FASD and the effects that prenantal alcohol exposure has had and continues to have on their journeys to finding independence, fulfillment, and understanding of the world around them.
